The Multicultural Festival gets its second try this Saturday, and the forecast looks a lot kinder than it did last weekend.

What’s Happening Around Nashua
Housing money could pay for Keefe Mayor Jim Donchess wants a tax increment financing district that would send about $18 million from the housing project at the old Elm Street Middle School toward fixing up Keefe Auditorium, which also lets that housing move ahead on its own. The commission’s preferred options run $28.8 million to $34.3 million, so another $11 million to $16 million still has to be raised, and the doors would not reopen until late 2032 at the earliest.
