Donchess talks housing and budget squeeze at Beer with Jim At his latest "Beer with Jim" night at Omnium Brewing, Mayor Jim Donchess said the city needs more housing and walked through about $15 million in rising costs, from a 13% jump in employee health insurance to a pricier school bus contract. Sentencing delayed for ex-Nashua lawmaker in child abuse case The sentencing of former state representative Stacie Laughton of Nashua, who pleaded guilty to federal child sexual abuse charges, was pushed back this week after technical problems in court.
